What browser are you using? Usually settings can be found within tools. Some toolbars let you click on in that and alter that way.

most pop-up blockers own a reset option,its usually done by right clicking your pop up blocker icon surrounded by your toolbar and then locating the appropriate preference

with the window service pack 2 pop up blocker which is part of internet explorer you stipulation to go to tools>internet options>privacy,later uncheck the pop up blocker box,apply the changes,after go spinal column to the same tab and re check the pop up blocker box,this will clear adjectives the pop ups blocked
