How do you a screensaver from one computer to another. and one of the computers doesn't own internet.?

Do not put it on your work computer. About partly of the screensavers you download from the net hold spyware/adware in them.

Check near your network administrator in the past you try to install any of your own software at work, they may have rules against installing your own software. If you install it anyway and they find out or they find out after if it infects the computer web it may result in you mortal fired.

I assume the computer you want to transfer it to is the one that does not own a connection to the internet. If you be transferring it to a computer you owned, I would suggest saving the screensaver program to a CD/DVD or a USB flash drive and install it using the disk or flash drive.
Copy the files beside extension *.scr to a floppy, CD, or thumb drive, next copy them to the computer without internet.
simple you lately need to collect that screen-saver it to a diskette/usb then verbs it to your working computer

=)
Burn to disk(cd) and drag it from cd to other computer
