How do you modification the color of your charge shaft on widows vista home premium?

right click anywhere on blank blind. click personalize. go to colors. its pretty simple from in that. any questions e-mail me

i dont know something like windows vista but i focus it may be like window xp. so here it is step by step;

1) go to start menu, click control panel

2) switch setting to CLassic View but for already

3) choose Display

4)click on Appearance

5) change color of taskbar next to the Color Scheme

6) choose color click apply, click ok and done!
