Use the cds that come with the computer to reinstall the Operating system and format the harddrive than update to current
You're going to own to rebuild it. It can filch up to weeks to do that.
system recovery is on some computers but if its not you should hold the windows ? installation disc from when you bought the workstation .use this to do a clean install...

be sure to pay for up all your personal files first as they will be delete during the reinstall
Is there a system retrieval CD that come with it? If so, put surrounded by the CD and reboot your Vaio, and follow the instructions on restoring your system to a factory-fresh state. WARNING, YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA IF YOU DO THIS. In other words, backbone up anything you want to keep. :)
