juat upload your pics and budge to MS Paint and Copy and Paste and click Set As BackGround - Scretch

If you know how to make the collage (using photoshop or something similar) purely save it as a picture database, usually a JPEG. Then right click on the JPEG file and click Set as Desktop background

After that, save the picture as a jpeg or bitmap then point your desktop to the collage. its very effortless.. browse pics over the net. when you've found the pic you needed right click onto it then let go it first on your desktop.. then uncap paint - start<all programs<accessories<paint after open and insert your downloaded pics and free it as .jpeg extension. then open out the picture you've just save. then click on 'set as background'... that's it.
