How Do I F-DISK The HARD-DRIVE Of A DELL Computer When I Have NO DISKS For It?
Are you looking to Format your HD (thats erase adjectives contents and start fresh) or just cleaning out a screen ? What OS are you running to begin beside? 98 SE, 2000 , ME or XP Home or XP Pro or Vista..all mention here are bootalbe from disc or boot from floppy..to format...
It's a partition, a fence is an extracted part of your chief hard drive, that let you put other stuff in it.
Are you maxim you have no disk at adjectives for the Dell machine?
You do realize if you run fdisk on the contrivance, you will not have an Operating System anymore? How will you re-install if you hold no disk?
Other than that, If you can create a win98 or win ME start up disk (floppy) this will have fdisk on it. You can also download it here.

if the easier said than done disk is not yet formatted and and no operating system installed contained by your computer, you still need a Bootable Cd or DVD next to operating system (such as Windows XP).
You cannot F-Disk the Hard Disk without operating system disk/cd.
Or if this is solely an additional hardisk, and you hold operating system installed >> right click my computer icon click manage >storage>disk nouns.. you can now create/delete separator of your new HD..
