How do i supply pictures as desktop items?

In my outdated computer, I can add pictures from the internet as a desktop item, but immediately in my Windows Vista, when I right click a pictue, nearby isnt an option for me to put together the picture as a desktop item. HELP ME!!

How do i supply pictures as desktop items?

1. Locate the item that you want to create a shortcut for. (For help near finding a file or folder, see Find a folder or folder. For help near finding a program, see The Start menu (overview).)

2. Right-click the item, click Send To, and then click Desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut god appears on your desktop.
try taking the file to the desktop and release it at hand
I think you want to set the picture as the desktop framework, in which shield right click on the picture, then select ''Set as Background''.
Open them within Internet Explorer.

Right click them and click Set as Desktop Item.

You can then resize them on your desktop.
